We manage property owned by the Republic of Croatia transparently, efficiently and responsibly, and in this way we seek to contribute to the prosperity of the country and the community every day.

Vision

We want to be recognized on the market as a good and socially responsible owner of the property we manage and to successfully preserve the value of the properties for the life and work of existing and future generations.
