Mirela Habijanec is the new CEO of Državne nekretnine d.o.o.

General Assembly of Državne nekretnine d.o.o. appointed Mirela Habijanec as a member of the Management Board – CEO of the Company as of 1 May 2022. Mirela Habijanec will represent the Company autonomously and individually for the next four years, and she was appointed by the Assembly based on the Conclusion of the Government of the Republic of Croatia following the public tender procedure of the line ministry.

“Commitment and dedication to the activation of state assets and the achievement of the objectives set by the owner will be the focus of the work, as well as increasing the commercial potential of the Company’s portfolio. Using the knowledge, skills and abilities of the employees who constitute the Company, we will effectively manage the property and generate income for the owner, for the benefit of the Company as a whole,” said Habijanec upon arrival in the Company’s Management Board.

A law school graduate with many years of experience working on legal and property affairs at Hrvatska pošta, Mirela Habijanec has been working with properties of a company owned by the Republic of Croatia for 14 years. She is experienced in property management and has proven herself in a managerial position through responsibility and management of all legal and commercial affairs related to properties, as well as through their activation and resolution of their property-legal status. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb and she is completing a university specialist postgraduate study in organization and management at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb.
