Agreement on non-reimbursable grants for the preparation of project documentation and the implementation of protection measures for Palača Pongratz was signed

In May 2021, Državne Nekretnine d.o.o. signed an agreement on non-reimbursable grants from the European Union Solidarity Fund for the project called “Preparation of Project Documentation and Implementation of Protection Measures for Palača Pongratz, Visoka 22, Zagreb”, in the value of 35,051,616.24 million HRK.

The project for applying to the Call of the Ministry of Culture and Media for non-reimbursable grants in the implementation of protection measures for the cultural heritage damaged in the earthquake on 22 March 2020 in the City of Zagreb, Krapina-Zagorje County and Zagreb County was created in cooperation with designers and the Croatian Conservation Institute and the City Institute for the Protection of Cultural and Natural Monuments. The agreement was concluded after, at the 7th session of the Committee for the Selection of Project Proposals, among 23 project proposals for the implementation of protection measures for earthquake-damaged cultural heritage, the project proposal of Državne nekretnine d.o.o. had been accepted and approved. A phase of comprehensive reconstruction is underway, the completion of which is expected by the end of June 2023, and it refers to a part of the works financed through the EU Solidarity Fund.
